Email us
There is no account to create, no portal to log into, and no phone line. Write from whichever address is safe for you to write from, including one that is not the address you bought with. You do not have to sign your name.
What to write
For the most common things, one word is genuinely enough. We have set it up that way on purpose.
You want a refund
Thirty days, everything we sell, no questions and no phone call. You keep the files. The full policy is here.
You want to cancel the membership
Billing stops at the end of the period you have paid for. You are not asked to confirm twice and nobody tries to talk you out of it.
Nothing arrived
Check the spam folder first, since a message from a new sender often lands there. If it is not there, write to us and we will resend it, or send it somewhere else entirely if you would rather.
You need it sent to a different address
Tell us the new address. We will move everything across, and the old address stops receiving anything from us the same day. You do not have to explain why.
A link will not open
Tell us roughly what you clicked and what happened. Everything we publish opens in an ordinary browser, so this is usually a link we can simply resend.
You want your data deleted
We delete it and write back to confirm. What we can and cannot delete is set out on the privacy page, honestly, including the payment record tax law obliges us to keep.
You want to stop the emails but keep the book
There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every letter. It does not affect your access to anything you bought. You can also just write to us.
What we will not do
- We will not call you, and we do not ask for a phone number.
- We will not ask you to explain your situation before helping you.
- We will not put you through a retention offer instead of a cancellation.
- We will not use anything you write to us for marketing, and a support message is never turned into a testimonial.
If replying is risky
Tell us in the message. We can reply from a neutral-looking address, keep the subject line blank of anything descriptive, send to a different address than the one you wrote from, or handle it without replying at all. Say what you need and we will do that instead of the default.
Reading privately, in about two minutes
- Use a separate free email address if your inbox is not fully yours.
- Read in a private browser window. Nothing installs and there is no app icon on your phone.
- Charges appear as <<NEUTRAL BILLING DESCRIPTOR>>, not the title of the book.
- Put any downloaded files somewhere ordinary, and delete them whenever you want. Your access does not expire.
