Who you are buying from

Get Clarity Back is a publishing imprint of <<LEGAL ENTITY NAME>>, <<BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS>>. Buying from this site forms an agreement between you and that company on these terms. You can reach a human at <<SUPPORT EMAIL>>.

What you are buying

Digital publications, delivered immediately, readable in an ordinary web browser and downloadable. Nothing is shipped and nothing installs on your device. Specifically:

• The Fog, with its audiobook and three bonuses, $27 once.
• The 30-Day Clarity Protocol and the Boundary Scripts Vault, $147 once.
• The Protocol, Audio Edition, with the printable workbook, $47 once.
• The Steady Room, a written membership, either $19 a month after a seven-day free trial, or $497 once for lifetime access as defined below, or three monthly payments of $179 for the same lifetime access at a total of $537.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.

What this is not

The materials describe patterns documented in the research literature on coercive control and on psychological manipulation, and they describe practices readers have found useful. Applying any of it to your own life is your decision. If you are struggling, a licensed therapist is a resource we genuinely and repeatedly recommend, and nothing here is a substitute for one.

Safety

These materials are written for situations of confusion, not situations of physical danger. If there is violence in your relationship, or you fear for your safety, this is the wrong tool and we say so on every page. Results

We make no promise about what will happen in your life, your relationship, or your state of mind. Stories and examples in our materials are illustrative, individual experiences vary enormously, and none of them is a prediction about you.

Membership and billing

• The seven-day trial charges nothing. Cancel inside it and no payment is taken.
• After the trial, the membership renews at $19 a month until you cancel. We email you a receipt for every charge.
• Cancel by emailing <<SUPPORT EMAIL>> the single word "cancel." There is no retention call, no form, and no second confirmation step. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
• The three-payment plan takes $179 today and twice more at thirty-day intervals. Access is complete from the first payment and nothing is withheld against the schedule.
• If a payment fails we will retry it and email you. We do not send accounts of this kind to collections.

What "lifetime" means

Stated before you pay, in the same size type as everything else, and not subject to later revision:

• Lifetime of the program, with a five-year minimum committed in writing. If the Steady Room stops operating within five years of your purchase, you receive a proportional refund of the unused portion.
• Every letter and both included courses are downloadable and yours permanently. If you download everything on the first day and never return, you still own all of it, and that ownership does not depend on the program continuing.
• If the program ever closes, you keep everything and receive at least ninety days' notice to download anything you have not already taken.
• Nothing is sold to you inside the membership. The letters contain no upsell.

These four commitments do not change. If we ever revise these terms, revisions do not apply retroactively to a lifetime membership already purchased.

Refunds

Thirty days, on everything, by emailing the single word "refund." The full policy, including how the payment plan and the membership are handled, is on the refunds page.

How you may use the materials

What you buy is licensed to you personally, not sold outright. You may read it, listen to it, print it, keep copies on your own devices for as long as you like, and quote briefly from it with attribution.

Please do not republish it, post the files publicly, sell them, or feed them to a service that redistributes them. We do not use technical restrictions, download caps or device limits, precisely because they punish the reader who shares a laptop and needs a copy somewhere safe. That approach only works if it is not abused.

One exception worth naming: sharing a copy privately with one person you trust is fine. Some readers need someone else to understand what they are reading. That is not the piracy we are asking you to avoid.

The question line

Members may send written questions. Questions are separated from your identity on receipt. Some are answered in the weekly letters with every identifying detail removed, and nothing you send is ever published with a name, a photograph or a profile attached to it.

We cannot answer questions about a specific legal matter, and we cannot provide clinical assessment. If a question describes an emergency or immediate danger, we will reply pointing to emergency services and the hotline, because that is the only useful response we are able to give.

Liability

The materials are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, and except where liability cannot lawfully be limited, our total liability to you for any claim connected to these materials is limited to the amount you paid us for them. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects consumer rights you hold under the law of where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes are not retroactive: the terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the day you bought, and the lifetime commitments above are fixed permanently at purchase. Material changes are dated at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of <<US STATE FOR GOVERNING LAW>>, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute arises, please email us first: essentially everything we have ever been asked about has been resolved by someone reading the message and fixing it.
